The RFX Pro F7 series tapered handlebars are designed and tested for use at the highest level.

F7 tapered handlebars are made from 7075 aluminum-T6 aluminum and feature an oversized tapered extension (OTE) for optimal strength and impact resistance, while EFT (Engineered Flex Technology) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) provide optimal flexibility and reduce machine vibration to combat rider fatigue.

The OTE is an extension of the oversized center section (28.6 mm). The increase in the oversized section beyond the last bend of the handlebar adds significant strength to the weakest part of any handlebar. Add to this a wall thickness of 4 mm that remains constant even outside the bends, and the F7 tapered handlebar is one of the lightest and strongest handlebars on the market.

The EFT is designed to offer a degree of flexibility in the handlebars. The careful selection of a 4 mm internal wall thickness in the area where the handlebars rise and taper reduces the effects of shock during heavy impacts, while offering the rider maximum feel of the front end when cornering.

The PDC is created using a thicker wall thickness of 5 mm in the handlebar grip area, which has been calculated to balance and dampen the effects of handlebar vibrations. This is similar in principle to the handlebar weights used on sport bikes, but it is specifically designed and tested to suit the range of vibrations produced by modern high-performance 4-stroke motocross bikes.
